Materials: transparent glass, blown, tooled and painted in bichrome lustre

The beaker bears a cursive benediction around the rim which reads ‘Drink with enjoyment and pleasure in its excellent qualities. Blessing to its owner’. Below the inscription are vertical panels of stylized palm branches.
