The document is a tax receipt issued by Yusuf ibn ‘Abdallah and al-Hasan ibn Warran, two financial administrators of the amir Ibrahim ibn Yahya, whose jurisdiction extended over the districts of Madr and Rizm. The document confirms that they had received 10 dirhams from Mir ibn Bek, the sum he owed with regard to the kharaj for the year 146 AH.
The seal impression on the bulla has a five-pointed star surrounded by 4 crescents.
